PUEHLER A.200

Our hydraulic draining presses dispose of old labels in bottling facilities efficiently and economically. The PUEHLER A.200 produces pressed labels with an output diameter of 200 mm. Discharged labels are first picked up by the label press, then pressed and finally transported drip-free into a container. A hydraulic cylinder reduces the volume of the unpressed labels by approx. 70 %, the residual moisture is then approx. 30 %. The pressed out lye is collected and can be returned to the cleaning machine.

The label press can be installed directly at your bottle washing machine. The already existing label discharge conveyor easily guides the labels into the press. This machine can be operated fully automatically. The cleaning and maintenance is particularly user-friendly. PUEHLER presses are resistant to contaminants.
